Waterfall

From £70 Per Night

Waterfall – a traditional, handcrafted Shepherds Hut located in the heart of the Staffordshire Moorlands with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. This is an ideal retreat for couples seeking a relaxing get away. The hut is situated on our family run smallholding with a private outdoor seating area perfect for enjoying the tranquility and wildlife.

There is a fully fitted shower and WC just a stones throw away which is exclusively for our guests staying in the Shepherds Hut. The Shepherds hut has central heating for cosy nights and basic kitchen facilities for that morning cup of tea and slice of toast. Microwave. Single hot plate, fridge and kettle all within the hut.

The access to the property is shared by ourselves and our neighbours. Guests will be able to allowed to access the seating area next to the yard and have access to our land but we ask not to go into our neighbours fields unless using the public footpaths.

We live on a working small holding with livestock, poultry and 4 dogs so please be aware of things going on around the farm.

Had a night in this little place just outside Alton Towers…. Luxury Shepherd’s Huts - Rhodes to Serenity Highly recommend for couples (3 huts) absolutely got this right! beautiful views, gorgeous shepherds hut, fab fire pit and a knock out private bar with honesty box and class juke box Needless to say had a fab night…. Keep doing what your doing!!

There are so many things to love about the Shepherd’s Hut: peacefulness, quiet, beautiful views, fab facilities, and the best nights sleep I’ve had in months. But the best part by far was the kind, welcoming and friendly hosts who were so accommodating and thoughtful, even getting us coals for a bbq. A really special place for a visit. I can’t thank them enough.

Amazing! Was such a comfy bed and the hut had everything we needed! So lovely to be able to have the fire outside too, it was a perfect end to the night. Toilets and showers were right next to the hut and the views were amazing. Only a 4 mile drive to Alton towers which is why we had come to Staffordshire. Everyone was lovely and so helpful and the place was so clean. Probably one of the best places we’ve been, We will definitely be returning!

Can't fault the friendliness and atmosphere. Lovely people and some really sweet dogs on site. The shepherd hut is right next to the horses (in the field next door) and the kitchen/shower facilities are easy to get too even in the dark. Cosy accommodation with a BBQ for the summer. Will definitely be returning again soon.
